Red Salad with Parmesan Cheese and Basil Dressing.

Ingredients:
250g Cherry Tomatoes
4 Peeled Red Peppers
4 Tomatoes (cut into quarters)
2 Small Red Onions (cut into slices)
50g Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
3 Dorot Chopped Basil Cubes
1 Dorot Chopped Parsley Cube
1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
Salt & Pepper
 
Preparation
1.  Mix the Olive Oil and the Dorot Basil & Parsley cubes, lemon juice, salt & pepper.
2.  Place all the red vegetables on a plate and drizzle the dressing over them.
3.  Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the top and serve.
