Sashimi Salad Plate

(for 4 servings)
Ingredients:
7.05 oz fresh Salmon filet, cut into thin strips without skin
10.58 oz fillet Antias without skin, cut into strips
14.10 oz mixed baby leaves
1 carrot peeled and cut into thin strips
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1/4 cup soy
2 Dorot Stir Fry Herb Mix cubes
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 Dorot Chopped Cilantro cube

Preparation:
1. Mix the baby leaves with the fish with the carrot strips in a bowl
2. In another small bowl, mix the soy with sesame oil, lime juice, sugar, the Herb Mix cubes 
    and the Chopped Cilantro cubes.

3. Pour the sauce over the salad and mix
4. Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve.
