Sweet Potato and Ginger Soup

Ingredients (4-6 diners)
1 lb peeled potatoes
1 1b sweet potatoes
1 leek (whites) chopped
3 cubes Dorot crushed ginger
1 tbsp brown sugar
4 cups chicken stock

1/2 cup half n half

Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
1. Saute leek in 1 tbsp oil, add, sugar, potatoes and sweet potatoes, add stock to cover.
2. Add salt, pepper and cook until potatoes are soft.
3. Process in food processor until pureed and add ginger.
