Roasted Red Pepper Peppers and Greek Yogurt Soup

(4 servings)
Ingredients:

4 cups Greek yogurt
1 cup of sour cream
4 roasted red peppers, peeled,seeded and diced
3 Dorot crushed garlic cubes
2 cubes of Dorot Chopped Basil

1/4 cup olive oil 
Salt/pepper to taste


Preparation:
1. Puree all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
2. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
