1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
3-4 cubes Dorot chopped basil
1 cube Dorot chopped garlic
4 red medium size potatoes
Mix the Parmesan, olive oil, basil, and garlic in a bowl.
Cut the potatoes into strips, add them to the bowl, and mix until all the potatoes are coated all over.
Place coated potatoes in an oiled baking sheet, and bake at medium temperature for about half an hour. Mix once or twice while baking.
