Salmon and dill spread

Ingredients 

100 gr salmon 

1 cup fat white cheese 

3 cubes Dorot chopped dill 

2 tbsp chopped green onion 

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice 

Rye bread 

Black pepper 

 

Preparation 

1. Mix salmon, cheese, onion, dill, lemon juice and black pepper in a bowl.
2. Cover and place in fridge for 24 hours. Spread on slices of rye bread.
