Indonesian pasta penne

Ingredients 

500g pasta penne

1 onion, cut in strips 

1 red pepper, cut in strips 

1 green pepper, cut in strips 

1 yellow pepper, cut in strips 

1/2 hot pepper, thinly sliced 

1 can coconut milk

3 tbsp corn oil 

2 cubes Dorot chopped coriander 

2 cubes Dorot crushed garlic 

2 cubes Dorot crushed ginger 

 

Preparation 

Cool cooked pasta. 

Toss onions and peppers. 

Add garlic, ginger, coriander and coconut milk, and salt and pepper to taste. 

Add pasta, toss 2-3 minutes and serve.
