Green beans Sichuan style

Ingredients 

4 cubes Dorot crushed ginger 

4 cubes Dorot crushed garlic 

2 green onions finely chopped 

1 tbsp oil 

1 tbsp soy sauce 

1 tbsp rice vinegar (or wine vinegar) 

1 bag frozen whole green beans 

1 tsp dried chili pepper 

 

Preparation 

Mix all ingredients except green beans in a bowl and cook for 3 minutes in microwave. Mix well, spread mixture over green beans, and cook uncovered for 10-15 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
