1 whole fish (Grouper, Salmon, Snapper etc.)
4-6 cubes Dorot crushed garlic
1/4 cup brandy or apple juice
1/4 cup oil or melted butter
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
Paprika, salt and pepper to taste.
Wash the fish, dry and place in an oven pan.
Mix all ingredients and pour on fish, letting it absorb for about an hour.
Bake in 200 degrees for about half an hour. Brush fish with liquids at least once while baking.
Garnish with paprika and lemon slices.
