Smoked Salmon filled with Goat's Cheese in Yoghurt & Dill Sauce

Ingredients:
150g Smoked Salmon (sliced)
250g Soft Goats' Cheese
2 Dorot Chopped Parsley Cubes
150g Natural Yoghurt
3 Dorot Chopped Dill Cubes
1 Dorot Crushed Garlic Cube
 
Preparation:
1. Mix the goats' cheese with the Dorot chopped parsley cubes.
2. Place the salmon on a plate and place a tablespoon of goats' cheese on each piece, then roll up each piece of salmon.
3. Mix the Yoghurt with the Dorot chopped dill and crushed garlic cubes.
4. Arrange the salmon rolls onto a plate and cover with the dill & garlic sauce and serve.
