Mullet filet with Sumac, Cilantro and Slices of Lemon

(for 4 servings)
Ingredients:
8 mullet filets
1/2 cup olive oil

2 teaspoons of sumac
5 Dorot Chopped Cilantro cubes
2 Dorot Crushed Garlic  

1 lemon, cut into thin slices
Salt and pepper  

 

Preparation:
1. Mix in a bowl: sumac, olive oil, chopped coriander, crushed garlic, salt and pepper
2. Heat the oven to 392 °F  
3. Arrange the mullet filets on the oven tray with the skin down and spread the marinade on top.
4. Place 2 slices of lemon on each filet and place the tray in the oven.
5. Bake for about 15 minutes in the heat of 392 °F.
