Salmon Filet with Risotto and Dorot Pasta Herb Mix

(for 4 servings)

Ingredients:
4 salmon filet 7.05 oz each
Olive oil for frying the fish
 

Ingredients for Risotto:
1 liter of water
1 Tablespoon butter
1 onion, finely chopped
2 Dorot Crushed Garlic cubes
1.5 cups of round washed risotto rice
1 Glass of white wine
Salt and pepper
5 Dorot Pasta Herb Mix cubes
Parmesan grated cheese
 

Preparation:
1. Heat the water in a pot and put aside
2. Melt the butter in a heavy pot and steam the onion over a medium
  
flame

3. Add the rice and stir
4. Add the garlic cubes and the white wine and stir until the wine is absorbed
5. Add the cubes of Dorot Pasta Herb Mix and stir the mixture. While stirring, add small amounts of hot water until the liquid is absorbed
6. Continue stirring until the water is heated
7. Risotto is ready when the rice grains separate and reach "al dente" point
8. Fry the salmon (skin side down) in a medium pan with olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper

9. When the fish is almost ready, turn it upside down and fry for about 2 minutes
10. Place on a plate and sprinkle Parmesan grated cheese over the risotto and place the fish alongside.
