2 filet portions (7.05 oz each)
5.29 oz peeled and diced mango
1.76 oz. diced onion
2 Dorot Stir Fry Herb Mix cubes
2 Dorot Cilantro 2 cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon soy
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Fry the fish filet with a little oil with the skin side down, and when the fish is almost ready,
turn it upside down for another 2 minutes.
2. Mix the mango in a bowl with onion, the Stir Fry Herb Mix cubes, the coriander cubes, olive
oil, sugar, soy and lemon juice
3. Season with pepper and salt
4. Place the fish on a plate above the spicy mango sauce and serve.
