Little fish Kebabs

Little fish Kebabs in Tzatziki Dip(for 4 diners)
 
Fish Kebabs Ingredients:

500 grams (net) mullet fillet, skinless and boneless
1 onion, peeled and cut into small cubes
1 egg
1 tablespoon pine nuts
1 tablespoon melted butter

1 tablespoon bread crumbs
3 Dorot Oregano cubes
Salt, pepper
 
Tzatziki Dip Ingredients:
1 Cup of thick yogurt
2 cucumbers, peeled and cut into small cubes
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
3 Dorot Chopped Mint cubes
2 Dorot Chopped Dill cubes
Salt, pepper
 
How to prepare Fish Kebabs:

1.Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and put in the refrigerator for an hour.  

2.Remove the bowl from the refrigerator and make little fish kebabs (ellipse shaped balls).  

3.Fry the kebabs on both sides in a large Teflon (non-stick) frying pan with some sunflower oil.

How to prepare Tzatziki:
 

1.Mix all the ingredients in a bowl to make Tzatziki.  

2. Place the Fish Kebabs in the Tzatziki dip and serve.
