4 pieces of 200 gr salmon fillet
4 tbsp olive oil
3 cubes of Dorot crushed garlic
4 cubes of Dorot chopped parsley
1/2 cup cream
Salt & pepper
- In a bowl, mix together olive oil, two garlic cubes, parsley, salt and pepper.
- Heat oven grill to 180 °C.
- Put salmon fillets in pan and pour olive oil on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Cook cauliflower in pot with water until soft, then spill the water and mash the cauliflower until pureed.
- Add cream, garlic cube, salt and pepper, and serve.
