Grilled salmon fillet

Grilled salmon fillet with olive oil, parsley and garlic on a bed of mashed cauliflower

4 pieces of 200 gr salmon fillet 

4 tbsp olive oil 

3 cubes of Dorot crushed garlic 

4 cubes of Dorot chopped parsley 

1 cauliflower 

1/2 cup cream 

Salt & pepper 

 

Preparation 

  • In a bowl, mix together olive oil, two garlic cubes, parsley, salt and pepper. 
  • Heat oven grill to 180 °C. 
  • Put salmon fillets in pan and pour olive oil on top. 
  • Bake for 20 minutes. 
  • Cook cauliflower in pot with water until soft, then spill the water and mash the cauliflower until pureed. 
  • Add cream, garlic cube, salt and pepper, and serve.
