Salmon ceviche

Salmon ceviche with parsley and coriander

Ingredients (4 servings) 

200 gr skinless salmon fillet 

4 tbsp lemon juice 

1 onion, chopped 

4 tbsp olive oil 

Salt & pepper 

1 tbsp pine nuts 

3 cubes of Dorot chopped parsley 

2 cubes of Dorot chopped coriander 

 

Preparation 

  • Cut salmon fillet into cubes and put in bowl. 
  • Add all ingredients and mix thoroughly. 
Arrange in 4 plates and serve with green salad
