Chicken breast in garlic & Pepper

Ingredients 

2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut to strips 

9 cubes Dorot crushed garlic 

1 red pepper, diced 

1 green pepper, diced 

1/2 onion, diced 

1 tbsp soy oil 

1 tsp sugar 

1 tsp white ground pepper 

1 tsp soy sauce 

Salt to taste 

 

Marinade ingredients 

1 liter water 

1 cup white wine 

1 celery stick 

1 medium sized onion 

1 carrot 

1/2 tsp oil 

 

Preparation 

1. Defrost 5 Dorot garlic cubes and brush chicken with it. 

2. Boil all marinade ingredients together for half an hour. 

3. Add chicken strips and let boil for 2 minutes. 

4. Take off heat and let marinate for 15 more minutes, then strain chicken. 

5. Heat oil in a deep frying pan, add chopped peppers and onion, then chicken and the rest of the ingredients.  

6. Toss until light brown.
