Kebab Dorot

Ingredients:

17.64 oz. ground cattle beef.
1 / 2 teaspoon salt.
1 / 2 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 Dorot Chopped Cilantro cubes
4 Dorot Chopped Parsley cubes
1 Dorot Chopped Chili cube.
1 onion, chopped into cubes.
3 Dorot Crushed Garlic cubes
3 tablespoons bread crumbs.

Preparation: 

1.  Mix all ingredients in a bowl and create a uniform mixture. 

2.  Create elongated / round meatballs and roast them on the grill or on a stripes pan.
