(for 6 servings)
130 gr. celery root, peeled and diced
8 cubes of Dorot crushed garlic
2 cubes of Dorot Chopped parsley
5.29 oz. cream
5 Fl.oz. water
1.69 Fl.oz. dry white wine
Salt and pepper
1. Cook the celery and garlic in a pot with cream, water, white wine till it softens.
2. Add the parsley cubes. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Grind the mixture and pour into a plastic box.
4. Put in the freezer till full freezing and serve.
