Ingredients:
17.64 oz peeled potatoes grated on a grater.
2 eggs
1 tablespoon flour.
1 cube of fried onion.
4 Dorot.Chopped Parsley cubes
4 Dorot Chopped Cilantro cubes
4 Dorot Chopped Dill cubes.
1 cup oil for frying (Canola)
1 / 2 teaspoon salt.
Preparation
1. Put the grated potatoes + flour + eggs + onions + salt + herbs cubes in a bowl and mix well until mixture is uniform.
2. Heat oil in a pan and make the fritters. Fry until golden color on both sides is achieved.
Serve warm or cold.
